Tenant improvement work makes up a large portion of our portfolio. We take pride in our ability to transform an outdated, underutilized, or empty facility into a new space that better serves our client’s needs. We understand the difficulties of renovating an existing space, especially in a building that remains operating whether it be an industrial facility, hospital, school, office building, church, etc. Each type of facility has its own set of requirements. For instance, an industrial facility or hospital may need extreme dust or infection prevention measures, a school or office may need loud work to occur outside of class or work hours, and a church may need to be cleaned the day before Sabbath. In almost all cases, an accurate construction schedule that is met is paramount. We go the extra mile to coordinate each of these small details with their clients to make the project a success.
