Full demolition of the existing offices and mezzanine level.  Reconstruction of 5,200 SqFt of a sales and showroom area.  This project included a bi-level ceiling with architectural chrome grid, quartz flooring system with graphic effects, modifications to the front entry of building, relocated storefront entry, and glass/panel work to match the existing structure.  This project also incorporated custom work desks with stainless steel countertops.  Included was a break area, a large overhead door for moving equipment in & out, and full Fire Marshall required code upgrades.  A canopy system was extended and recovered by PBG Builders to match existing.
