Conservation Hall is an underground meeting facility that contains a meeting space, a grand entrance, corridors, a full commercial kitchen and other supporting spaces.
Conservation Hall has an ADA connector, which is a small addition to the existing Governor’s residence that includes an elevator to improve accessibility to a portion of the residence. The underground connector ties the Governors residence to the Conservation Hall.
This project also included improvements to the Governor’s residence entry, security, infrastructure and numerous site improvements.
The Conservation Hall building was awarded Gold LEED certification.
