PBG Builders’ positions themselves on the leading edge of the construction industry through active participation by their principals and leadership executives as members of several nationally recognized industry organizations and trade groups.  These entities include:

American Institute of Constructors

AIC is the professional standard bearer of the construction industry.  They serve as the constructor’s counterpart of professional organizations found in architecture, engineering, law and other professional fields.  The Institute’s purpose is to establish standards of ethics and competence, as well as advance the practice of construction through the exchange of ideas and experience.

PBG Builders’ staff includes one Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) and one Associate Constructor (AC).

USGBC - LEED Accredited ProfessionalThe USGBC is a diverse group of builders, environmentalists, corporations and nonprofits, teachers and students, lawmakers and citizens who share the same vision of a sustainable built environment that respects communities in providing places that give people better, brighter, healthier spaces to live, work and play.  This organization promotes advocacy, accountability, continued education and certification.

PBG Builders’ staff includes one LEED Accredited Professional and a project managers and superintendents who are Green Advantage.

AGC - American General Contractors of AmericaAGC serves our nation’s construction professionals by promoting the skill, integrity and responsibility of those who build America.  This membership organization is dedicated to furthering the ever changing agenda of commercial construction contractors, improving job site safety, expanding the use of cutting edge technologies and techniques and strengthening the dialogue between contractors and owners.

PBG Builders’ CEO, John Finch, served as President of the AGC of Tennessee for 2006-2007 and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the AGC – Middle Tennessee Branch.

PBG Builders’ President, Tim Prow, served on the Board of Directors of the AGC – Middle Tennessee Chapter until the end of his term in 2018. Mr. Prow also served as the Vice-President on the Executive Committee for AGC – Middle Tennessee Chapter.
