Tennessee Titans Training Facility
This $16 million project was fast-tracked in 14 months. Powell Building Group employed a significant amount of value engineering and was involved from day one with everything from land acquisition and negotiation through design and construction. Features of the project included:
- 76,000 sf state of the art training facility and office building
- 92,825 sf inflatable structure covering a full-sized astroturf football field
- Three natural turf NFL regulation football fields with an elaborate drainage system
- Administrative offices, locker rooms, weight room and three therapeutic pools
- An auditorium with theater seating for 100 with rear projection and TV uplink capabilities
- The entire facility is wired for data, internal and digital satellite systems and elaborate high tech security
