Middle Tennessee Medical Center Parking Garage
Instead of an ordinary, concrete framed garage, the owner and architect wanted a structure that was more pleasing architecturally. To achieve that, we took extra care in the selection and placement of materials.
Site limitations required that construction start at the two ends, then work toward the center. Because of this, we developed an unusual, but effective, schedule and sequence.
The structure, made of post-tensioned concrete, was selected for an “Excellence in Development” award in 1996.
