Martin Methodist College
This growing school needed new student housing but had a firm deadline for occupancy only nine months away.
The project called for two four-story buildings with 15,974 square feet of living space. Breezeways connecting them brought the total square footage to 19,078. A parking lot for 80 vehicles was also constructed at the site.
When finished, the buildings were able to house 116 students in 29 apartment suites and included one Head Resident Suite with two bedrooms.
