Elks Lodge #72
Built on a 13 acre site, the Elks Lodge consists of a 16,000 square foot, two-story building. We began the project in winter by installing footings on compacted, engineered fill.
Framing consisted of structural metal studs, steel with structural slab, and a wood truss roof. We worked with the Army Corps of Engineers to obtain approval to run 750 feet of sewer line under a creek in a 100 year flood plain.
All electrical and mechanical aspects were handled on a Design/Build basis. Other project features include:
- Wood dance floor
- Fitness center
- 40’ X 60’ outdoor pool
- Administrative offices
- Bar, lounge, and dining room with full service restaurant kitchen
