B.F. Myers, one of Nashville’s oldest retailers, had been operating in a 31,000 square foot facility. We were hired to double that space and remodel the original store.
The owners needed to keep as much retail space operating as possible during construction. Not only were we able to do that, but the store remained in continuous operation throughout the project because we were able to compl with our clients’ needs.
An entirely new facade was created to improve curb appeal, and the new front ties seamlessly with the old when viewed from the front parking lot.
Key interior features included a new Broyhill showroom, new public restrooms, and an interior design center.
