The master processes we use for scheduling, monitoring and cost control incorporate the latest software, helping to ensure the project is completed on schedule. We also make sure employees and subcontractors adhere to our high standards for quality and workmanship.

Other key tasks in this function include selecting qualified trade contractors, extensive documentation and value engineering.

One of our most important jobs is to keep the client informed at every stage. Therefore, we document the process and provide digital job photos, RFIs, job site meeting minutes and daily reports. Our progress reports give the client a great “big picture” overview, as well as keeping them informed about budget, schedule, and risk factors to consider.
